Your Role:

Being a part of a young and dynamic product team and working side by side with the CTO, you will have a chance to be in charge of developing new cutting edge products, improving existing ones as well as rolling out them to production. This amazing tech position will also enable you to:

  • Be actively involved in development process enhancements through tools and automation and proper DTAP environment setup (closely collaborating with a DevOps Engineer);
  • Design and implement scalable and performing production;
  • Design and develop revised app platform through big data technologies, matching current and future data usage scenarios;
  • Take charge of design and implementation efforts of core apps, APIs & services;
  • Mentor team members;
  • Ensure enterprise product quality of APIs and GUIs;
  • Increase environment, data and app security;
  • Realize a path to Continuous Delivery.

Your qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree/comparable relevant work experience;
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum or Kanban;
  • Product development experience;
  • Fond of solid development practices like TDD, CI and others;
  • Expertise in rolling out products to production;
  • Proficiency in leading development efforts as well as experience aligning with FE engineers and Data designers;
  • Previous work experience in distributed team is appreciated;
  • Passion for coding, especially with the use of Symfony, PHPUnit & PHPSpec for testing;
  • Solid API design skills would be a big plus;
  • Experience working with databases (both relational and non-relational);
  • Familiarity with scalable reporting solutions like ElasticSearch, Kibana, Logstash would be a plus;
  • Proficiency in multi-layer app design and integration along with dependency management skills;
  • TDD & end-to-end testing skills are desirable but not essential;
  • Experience with data visualization projects as well as data driven products is highly appreciated;
  • A good command of English along with excellent communication skills;
  • Openness to new tools and technologies;
  • A goal-driven person.
